1. General
1.1 In these terms and conditions
(collectively referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”), "Organo" or
“we” or “us” means Organo Gold International (H.K.) Limited and the
"customer" or “you” means any person, firm, company or body which
places an order with us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully
before using the Organo Gold International (H.K.) Limited Website ("Website").
By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms
and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
1.2 We shall make every effort to ensure that
prices, details and sizes of products at our website are up-to-date. Prices are
subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our
acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.
1.3 We shall make every effort to ensure
product(s)displayed at our website are in stock. If from time to time any
products become out of stock, we reserve the right to offer alternative
product(s) of similar value and style.
1.4 All orders are subject to confirmation
of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event
that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
2. Account Registration; Guest Checkout
2.1 In order to place an order, you or our
Customer Service Officer (on your behalf) may either register and create an
online account, or place an order as a guest without creating an online account
by selecting the "Guest Checkout" option.
3. Order Information3.1 Our website only
accepts orders for delivery in Hong Kong to the specified billing address or
Organo Gold International (H.K.) Limited store in Hong Kong.
3.2 Placing an order means you agree to
purchase products or services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out
herein. After receiving your order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order. However,
it does not confirm that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to
reject any purchase order without giving any reasons. In the event that we are
unable to accept your order (for example due to payment issue), we will notify
you by phone or email.
3.3 If your order is accepted by us, we will
confirm with you accordingly and advise the date and time of delivery or
availability for collection at our store.
3.4 In order to ensure that the products can
be shipped as scheduled, please check the contents of your order carefully
before placing the order. Once submitted, the order cannot be cancelled,
changed, split or combined, and refund. For any enquiries and assistance,
please contact our Customer Service Officer.
4. Payment
4.1 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Shop Pay.
4.2 All product prices listed are in Hong
Kong dollars. The prices listed in our website may differ from the prices of
the same products in our physical shop. The applicable price shall be the price
listed in our website as at the date of purchase.
4.3 Acceptance of orders is subject to our sole
discretion. A final receipt will be issued to you when goods are delivered to
your address, or goods are collected at our physical store (as the case maybe).
5. Delivery service
5.1 Once your order is placed on Organo
Website, it will be reviewed in 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched within 1 to
5 business days upon us receiving your order.
5.2 Orders are processed and shipped on business
days only (Monday through Saturdays, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on
Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
5.3 This website only accepts delivery services
using SF Express. You can choose standard delivery service, SF stores and SF Express
Lockers self-pickup service.
5.4 Shipping Fee
5.4.1You may enjoy free delivery service to
your specified billing address for each purchase of HK$500or above (as
specified under your invoice).
5.4.2When you purchase for an amount of less
than HK$500, you may need to pay the shipping fee. The shipping fee will be
paid to the SF Express in the form of "collect on delivery" when you
pick up the goods. Shipping costs will not be reflected on the order. For fee
details, please contact SF Express.
5.5 Areas in service
5.5.1Standard Delivery Service is available
within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands). This
service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big
Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands.
5.5.2P.O Box is not accepted as shipping
address.
5.5.3An order can be delivered to one
address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses,
customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
5.6 Delivery Time
5.6.1Under normal circumstances, shipment
will arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days. For remote areas, it
might take extra 1-2 business days
5.6.2Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00 pm
5.6.3Delivery service is not available on
Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays.
5.6.4Shipping may take additional time
during holidays and extreme weather conditions.
5.6.5Your shipping address cannot be changed
once order is placed. Organo is not liable for incorrect address on the
invoice.
5.6.6If the shipment cannot be successfully
delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contacts SF Express
directly in order to make further arrangements.
5.6.7The actual delivery times are subject
to SF Express while all delivery terms and conditions and delivery coverage are
dependent on SF official website. We have no control over the delivery times
and will not be legally responsible for any losses caused by delays.
5.7 SF Stores/ SF Express Lockers
5.7.1Customers may fill in the correct SF
Store/ SF Express Locker number and address in the shipping address during
checkout.
5.7.2The Hong Kong, SAR of China phone
number entered should be able to receive SMS notifications.
5.7.3The shipment will be ready in 1-2
business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock
availability.
5.7.4Under normal circumstances, shipment
will arrive at the shipping address in 2-3 business days. Customer will receive
an SMS notification with the QR code/the locker PIN upon delivery.
5.7.5Customer should retrieve their order
from the selected SF Store/ the SF Express locker.
5.7.6The item must be picked up within 30
hours of SMS notification. Should there be any difficulties, please directly
contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline at +852 2730 0273.
5.7.7Please check the official website of SF
Express for the latest information on SF Express Stores and the SF Express Lockers number and address.
5.8 Shipment Tracking/ Change of Shipping
Address
5.8.1Once the order is shipped out, any
changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their
Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
5.8.2If the shipment cannot be successfully
delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express
directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be
reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.

5.10 Incase of any dispute, our
determination shall be final.
6. Store pickup service
6.1 Please collect your purchased item(s) at
Organ physical store within 7 days from the designated date of
collection.
6.2 When you pick up the product in our
physical store, you can pick up your order in person, or authorise a
representative to pick up for you. When picking up your order, please present
your email order confirmation to our staff to verify your identity. If we are
not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself
or your authorized representative, we will refuse the collection of the
order(s) in order to safe guard your interest.
6.3 Once the order is confirmed, you are not
allowed to change the color or model of the selected product or to change to
any other product except as agreed by us.
6.4 If your selected store is closed due to weather
or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the product in the same
store on the next day when the store is opened.
7. Return and Exchange Policy
7.1 Under normal circumstances, we would not
accept any request for return/exchange of products or refund of orders.
7.2 You are requested to examine the goods
immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether
all accessories are included upon delivery or collection (as the case may
be).If it is the case, please contact our Customer Service Department.
7.3 Return period
7.3.1Organo allows you to send back to our
Hong Kong office address, or return it directly to us at our Hong Kong office
within seven (7) business days from the day you received your product, subject
to the further terms and conditions set forth below.
7.3.2Any return/exchange arrangement will
not be accepted if the product has been received for more than seven (7)
business days.
7.4 Return Process
7.4.1To return a product to the Organo Hong
Kong Office, you must follow the steps mentioned below:
i) If the ordered product is found to be damaged
or missing, please contact the customer service officer for exchange within
24hours after receiving the goods (subject to the delivery record of the delivery
company).
ii) When applying for exchange, please show the
purchase receipt, keep all the items and packaging received, and provide photos
of the product for us to make a first assessment of the condition of this product.
iii) Our customer service department will contact/WhatsApp
to guide you through the next steps of the return and exchange process, after
an initial assessment based on the photos of the product.
7.4.2If you return the product via the mail service;
we will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return
policy and will ship a replacement product to you within 7 business days.
7.4.3If you return the product via visiting
the Organo office, our customer service officer will instruct you in detail on
the return/exchange process.
7.4.4Please note that if you go to the
office for an exchange, you must complete the return process within 7business
days.
7.5 Condition of Returned Products
7.5.1Organo will verify that the returned
product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed
with the applicable exchange.
7.5.2If you have received free items as part
of your order, they must be returned with the products.
7.5.3Failure to comply with the return
process above or the return conditions will entitle Organo to refuse the returned
product and send it back to you, at your own cost.
7.6 Refunds
7.6.1Any products shipped and sold are
non-refundable. In case of any disputes, Organo reserves the right of final
decision.
7.7 Exchanges
7.7.1You may return a product purchased on
the Website for exchange with another Organo product, provided that the
exchange complies with these Conditions of Sale.
7.7.2In any event, the sale of the returned
product will be cancelled and a new order for the product ordered must be
placed.
7.7.3Should a product be returned to the
Organo Hong Kong Office for exchange with a less expensive product, the price
difference will not be refunded.
7.7.4If a product is returned for exchange
with a more expensive product, you will have to pay the price difference.
7.7.5The shipping fee for returned product
orders will not be refunded.
8. Privacy protection
8.1 We are committed to safeguarding the
privacy of individuals with respect to personal data. We therefore make sure
that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention,
transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the
Personal Data(Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) under the laws of Hong Kong.

9. Others
9.1 Title to the product shall remain vested
in us until we receive full payment of the price, and risk shall pass to the
customer upon delivery / collection of the product (as the case may be).
9.2 We shall under no circumstances be
liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of revenue, loss of profits or
any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever suffered, sustained or incurred
by you or by other person arising (directly or indirectly) out of the sale and purchase
transaction with you.
9.3 If the statements and guarantees in
these terms are made to the company and the commodity suppliers through the company’s
website, you confirm and agree that the statements and guarantees are intended to
grant rights to all relevant suppliers the interests of the suppliers are made,
and the relevant suppliers can each rely on and enforce the relevant statements
and guarantees made by you.
9.4 The company reserves the right to modify
the content of the website (including the services provided by the company) and
these terms and conditions at any time without notice. If there are changes to
these terms and conditions, they will be announced on the website, and if you
continue to use the company's website after any relevant changes, you agree to
be bound by the revised terms and conditions of use. This right includes the right
to change any documents that form part of these terms and conditions.
9.5 The company has made every effort to
clarify whether the quotation of the goods provided on the company's website
includes any relevant taxes or duties. If the quotation is not clear under any circumstances,
please be aware that you may be liable for tax or customs duties (such as value-added
tax) imposed by suppliers or laws other than the price before making an
order.
9.6 The company attaches great importance to
privacy issues. Our privacy policy covers our use of any information you
provide. Busing the services of our company, you agree that our company may collect,
store and use information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. You
confirm and agree to be bound by the company's privacy policy.
9.7 The company reserves the right to refuse
users’ access to the company's website or any part of it at its sole discretion
without notice, and may refuse to provide the company's services to any user
who violates these terms and conditions.
9.8 The company will not be responsible to
you for any violation of these terms and conditions of use, nor will it be
unable to provide or delay the provision of the company's services through the website
due to any events or circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control You
bear no responsibility.
9.9 If any of these terms and conditions is considered
invalid or unenforceable by the courts of the stationery jurisdiction, it will
not affect the validity or effectiveness of any other provisions, and the
invalid provisions shall be deemed to be consistent with these provisions and
Split rules.
9.10 Without the written consent of the
company, you may not transfer or otherwise deal withal or part of your rights
and obligations under these terms and conditions.
9.11 These terms and conditions set out the
complete agreements and understandings of the parties and replace all previous
oral or written agreements, understandings or arrangements concerning the
subject matter of these terms and conditions. Neither party has the right to
rely on any agreement, understanding or arrangement not set out in these terms
and conditions.
9.12 If there is any inconsistency or
conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall
prevail.
9.13 These terms and conditions are governed
by the laws in force in Hong Kong. You agree to be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
In case of any disputes, the company
reserves the right to make the final decision, and may revise these terms and
conditions at its absolute discretion. The customer is responsible for
reviewing these terms and conditions before issuing any purchase order. After
the purchase order is issued, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the
terms and conditions in effect at that time.
